A leading industrial machining and fabrication company, Cain Fabrication and Machine, LLC dba Industrial Machine, seeks a skilled Machinist to join its team. Located in Zelienople, PA, our company has been serving various industries for over 50 years.

Company Overview: We specialize in large part and component manufacturing, repair, and overhaul of heavy-duty equipment for diverse sectors including steel, specialty metals, air handling, fans, material handling, mobile equipment, oil, and gas.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: We offer competitive compensation and benefits package with an hourly rate based on experience.

Job Description:

  • Prominent focus on meeting high standards of quality and performance through established systems, technologies, and guidelines.
  • Maintain proficiency in accurately reading mechanical drawings.
  • Work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Comfortable working simultaneously on multiple projects under time-sensitive conditions.
  • Demonstrate self-reliance and open communication with knowledge and forethought.
  • Solve problems efficiently.
  • Perform job-related tasks at a steady pace.
  • Deliver detail work accurately and efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years of manual machining experience; all levels considered.
  • Experience working on both manual lathe (VTL and engine) and mills (vertical and horizontal).
  • CNC lathe and/or mill experience preferred.
  • Fanuc controls experience desired.
  • Machining large parts/weldments experience desired.
