Job Description

Provide first-level technical support for all UNIT-supported systems, including consulting with students, faculty, and staff regarding issues with Villanova technology and systems. Assist with computer problems, provide diagnosis and resolutions, and log calls utilizing the TeamDynamix TDX ticket system. Must be a graduate student with some technical knowledge to support the IT infrastructure. Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as excellent customer service skills, are required. This is a summer, fall, and spring position, and UNIT will provide all necessary training. The wage rate is $13.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for UNIT-supported systems
  • Consult with students, faculty, and staff regarding technical issues
  • Assist with computer problems and provide diagnosis and resolutions
  • Log calls utilizing the TeamDynamix TDX ticket system
Requirements:
  • Graduate student status
