Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000-$110,000 depending on experience and qualifications.


Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Spanish-speaking Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an independent contractor, you will work with adults of all ages to assess and evaluate patient care needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide interventions to improve functional status and overall wellbeing.


In this role, you will lead patients in the use of therapeutic, creative, and self-care activities to enhance their safety and independence. You will also observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment and changes in their condition. Additionally, you will instruct patients, families, caregivers, and the healthcare team on areas of therapy where they can participate in assisting the patient.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you must have:


  • Able to work with adults of all ages
  • OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST license and registration by the state
  • Completion of an accredited OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST program
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
