Job Summary:

MAXZAIN is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive - Apparel and Footwear Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales plans to achieve company sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Understand Customer Needs: Analyze customer needs and preferences to recommend appropriate products and solutions.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Utilize effective product knowledge and upselling/cross-selling techniques to drive sales growth and maximize profitability.
  • Negotiate and Close Sales Deals: Negotiate and close sales deals to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Prepare Sales Reports: Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Attend Industry Events: Attend trade shows, events, and exhibitions to showcase products and generate leads.
Required Qualifications:
  • UAE Driving License: Possess a valid UAE driving license.
  • Proven Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the apparel and footwear industry.
  • Negotiation and Persuasion Skills: Possess strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Product Knowledge: Possess excellent product knowledge and understanding of current fashion trends.
  • CRM Software Proficiency: Proficient in CRM software and MS Office suite.
  • Results-Oriented Mindset: Demonstrate a results-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
  • Team Player: Possess a team player attitude with a willingness to collaborate and contribute to the team's success.
