Job Title: Surface Refinishing Technician

We are seeking a skilled Surface Refinishing Technician to join our team and contribute to our mission.

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding away old paint and filling holes and cracks with putty
  • Communicate with clients to determine their needs and provide expert advice
  • Assemble scaffolding when required to ensure safe access to elevated areas
  • Protect floors, fixtures, and furniture from paint using drop cloths and tape
  • Match and mix paint to exact job specifications

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of painting techniques and tools
  • Experience with hand and power tools
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
