Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Chiropractic Clinic Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, managing clinic operations, and promoting our wellness services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent patient care and ensure a positive experience for all visitors
  • Manage patient flow, check-in, and check-out processes
  • Process transactions, handle payments, and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in marketing and sales initiatives to attract new patients
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized clinic environment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to stand and/or sit for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting
