Center Operations Coordinator

Centria Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Center Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our center, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our team members in their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including maintaining accurate records, managing supplies, and ensuring the center is clean and safe for clients and staff.
- Assist team members with their duties as needed, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of services.
- Partner with the operations director to ensure effective communication with families and behavior technicians, and to maintain accurate client and staff schedules.
- Be a go-to person for general center-related questions, providing accurate information and connecting clients with the relevant resources.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
- Basic computer skills and working knowledge of tablets/iPads required; proficiency in G Suite and ABA platforms a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Working Conditions:
The work location varies on a case-by-case basis and includes a company facility or community. The team member may be exposed to a client who exhibits physically aggressive behavior, which can include kicking, pinching, punching, biting, hitting, etc. The team member may need to use appropriate behavior management techniques with a client, which requires agility, quick reflexes, strength, the ability to run, utilize approved de-escalation procedures, and the ability to use physically evasive movement.
