Caregiver Direct Support Professional

About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver Direct Support Professional to join our team at Sevita. As a Caregiver, you will provide support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them to live independently and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to individuals with disabilities, including assistance with daily living tasks and medication management.
- Develop and implement individualized support plans to help participants achieve their goals and objectives.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a safe and supportive living environment.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 6 months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
- Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required for some positions.
