Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Relations
    • Anticipate and respond to guest needs, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
    • Ensure prompt and courteous check-in and check-out processes, exceeding guest expectations.
  • Team Leadership
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing front office team, fostering a culture of excellence and customer service.
    • Manage daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Problem Resolution
    • Investigate and resolve guest complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve overall guest experience.
  • Operations Management
    • Manage the hotel's front office systems, including MICROS, to ensure accurate and efficient transactions.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, making data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
