Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Remington. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Relations
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
- Ensure prompt and courteous check-in and check-out processes, exceeding guest expectations.
- Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing front office team, fostering a culture of excellence and customer service.
- Manage daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Problem Resolution
- Investigate and resolve guest complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve overall guest experience.
- Operations Management
- Manage the hotel's front office systems, including MICROS, to ensure accurate and efficient transactions.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, making data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
