Youth Ministry Leader

Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year

At Christian Career, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Youth Ministry Leader to oversee our youth education program. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is committed to guiding the spiritual growth and development of our young people.

• Youth Worship Coordination: Work closely with our Pastor to plan and coordinate engaging youth worship services that foster a sense of community and spiritual connection among participants.
• Curriculum Development: Collaborate with our Faith Development team to design and implement a comprehensive curriculum that addresses the educational and spiritual needs of our youth.
• Vacation Bible School: Organize and supervise this annual event, which provides a fun and interactive way for children to learn about their faith.
• Youth Sunday School: Conduct regular Sunday school sessions that encourage participation, discussion, and spiritual growth among attendees.
• Fellowship Events: Plan and lead social events and outings that promote camaraderie and friendship among our youth.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage a budget for youth programs, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
• Communication: Prepare and submit regular updates for our weekly and monthly e-newsletter, highlighting upcoming events and program highlights.

• Passion for Youth Ministry: A genuine passion for working with young people and helping them grow in their faith.
• Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with congregational members, pastor, and church staff to achieve shared goals.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to plan, coordinate, and execute various programs and events.
