Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager for Consumer Banking to lead and supervise risk and operations of teller functions, ensuring timely completion, quality, and compliance. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise risk and operations of teller functions
  • Ensure timely completion, quality, and compliance
  • Provide feedback and present ideas for improving customer service and colleague experience
  • Manage the schedule and daily operations of the teller line
  • Make decisions and resolve issues related to daily operations

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience assessing and meeting customer needs or issue resolution
  • Customer service, operations, or financial services management experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of retail compliance controls, risk management, and loss prevention
  • Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays

Bonus Information

This position includes assisting customers without taking an application and without offering or negotiating terms of a dwelling secured transaction. The LO qualification requirements include meeting applicable financial responsibility, character, general financial fitness, and criminal background standards. A current credit report will be used to assess your financial responsibility and credit fitness.
