At Aequor Technologies, we are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team of healthcare professionals.

About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality services to our students. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of speech-related conditions, excellent coaching and communication skills, and the ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Educate patients and their family members about speech disorders, including their causes and treatment options.
  • Maintain detailed records of student conditions, care plans, therapies, and progress.
  • Report patient progress and current status to appropriate parties, including family members, teachers, or medical professionals.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings for students, contributing expertise to support each student's unique needs.
  • Consult with teachers, parents, or medical providers to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support for patients.
  • Provide rehabilitative assistance to help patients achieve their speech and communication goals.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of speech-related conditions, causes, and treatments.
  • Excellent coaching, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Attentive and caring, with the ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Relevant training and/or certifications as a Speech Pathologist.
  • CCC-SLP Certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology).
  • Active [STATE] Speech Language Pathologist License in good standing.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist or in a similar role.

Compensation:

The estimated gross pay for this role is $2333.20 per week.
