Dietary Service Assistant

This position works in various food service locations, including retail, patient, and catering operations. The role involves assisting with menu selection, food preparation, delivery, kitchen cleanliness, and sanitation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintains accurate diet order information to ensure patients receive appropriate meals.
- Cleans and sanitizes dishware, equipment, and workstations.
- Operates a cash register, receives payments, and issues receipts.
- Delivers trays to patients and picks up trays.
- Ensures accurate tray assembly and prepares menu items.
