Food and Beverage Host

Welcome to Wildfire LLC, a nationally recognized restaurant company that prides itself on great food and service. As a Food and Beverage Host, you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional guest experience at one of our locations.

The estimated salary for this position is $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Job:

• Serving as the initial point of contact for guests, warmly greeting and seating them in the restaurant;
• Answering telephones, taking orders, messages, and reservations with accuracy and efficiency;
• Maintaining accurate guest counts and wait times while ensuring seamless transitions between courses and services;
• Assisting with Coat Check duties as directed;
• Ensuring the overall guest experience exceeds expectations and anticipating guests' needs.

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate in English to perform job requirements in written and spoken direction;
• Capacity to multitask calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment;
• Physical ability to stand and walk for an entire shift, moving safely through all areas of the restaurant;
• Availability to work a variety of hours, days, and shifts, including weekends;
• Able to move and lift up to 10 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
