Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Ancora Memory Support at Mount Alverna Village, a vibrant senior living community in Parma, Ohio.

About the Role:
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, spiritual, social, and psychological well-being.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities performed by Resident Care Assistants (RCAs) to maintain high-quality care.
  • Responsible for admission, transfer, and discharge of residents, keeping physicians and other healthcare professionals informed of changes in resident conditions.
  • Perform specific clinical skills necessary for nursing care, including documentation of care.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Must enjoy working with the senior population.
