Operator - Columbus, NE

As a key member of the ADM team, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling production processes to ensure efficient and safe operations. Your duties will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring DCS screens and noting changes or discrepancies in production variables.
- Manipulating DCS control boards and screens to maintain production conditions within specifications.
- Analyzing sample results and determining adjustments to correct deviations.
- Observing and acknowledging alarm warnings and determining corrective actions.
- Obtaining product samples and testing for quality parameters.
- Troubleshooting process and machine malfunctions and utilizing technical expertise to solve problems.
- Working in teams to achieve efficient production processes.
- Performing Lock-Out/Tag-Out/Try-Out procedures and adhering to safety and process requirements.
- Providing work direction and training to field personnel.
- Recording data and results on production charts and documentation.
Requirements:
- Successful completion of a background check.
