Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Ticket Office Manager to join our team at ASM Global. As a key member of our ticketing operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the ticket office, ensuring seamless event execution, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage ticket office operations, including event setup, ticket distribution, and cash handling
  • Coordinate with event staff, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution
  • Develop and implement efficient ticketing processes and procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service to ticket holders, sponsors, and other stakeholders
  • Assist with ticket office financial reports, reconciliations, and cash management
  • Supervise and train ticket office staff, including scheduling and performance management
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to improve ticketing operations
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in ticketing operations, customer service, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and other relevant software
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
