**Front Desk Coordinator Job Summary**
At the Center for Endometriosis Care, we are seeking a skilled Front Desk Coordinator to provide exceptional patient care and support our administrative team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the main phone line and transfer calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Ensure a smooth patient check-in and check-out process.
- Collect payments for pre-ops and office visits, and post them to patient accounts.
- Monitor the Admin email account and address/forward emails as needed.
- Pull charts for incoming appointments and upload documents into the EMR system.
- Stay on top of voicemails and distribute messages to the relevant staff.
- Relay patient needs, concerns, or complaints via email or task to the appropriate person.
- Create surgical packets for pre-op appointments ahead of time.
- Schedule appointments and notify clinical staff and doctors when a patient is ready to be triaged.
- Scan and label pre-op and new patient appointment documents.
- Release documentation to patient portals after each appointment.
- Perform additional duties and assist during coverage needs.
