We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as an ER doctor trainee. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a critical role in providing emergency veterinary care to pets in need. Our emERge program offers a unique opportunity for veterinary school graduates to gain hands-on experience and develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed as Emergency Veterinarians. With a focus on clinician leadership, principles of resuscitation and shock, and other essential topics in emergency veterinary medicine, our program provides a comprehensive foundation for a rewarding career in emergency care.

Program Structure

The emERge program is divided into three segments: initial training/boot camp, immersive training, and experiential training. During these segments, you will receive guidance from experienced veterinarians and participate in hands-on practice experience, ensuring that you are well-prepared for success as an ER doctor. With a total commitment of three years, including the initial year of training, our program provides a clear path for career advancement in emergency care.
