About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Sales Executive to drive growth in key market segments, including medical insurance and telecommunications. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for defining and executing year-round sales plans, ensuring that prospecting is managed as part of a structured, targeted, and measurable process, and managing a sometimes complex, multi-platform solution sale with a 2 to 18-month purchasing cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meeting and exceeding sales quotas for designated market segments
  • Defining and executing year-round sales plans
  • Ensuring that prospecting is managed as part of a structured, targeted, and measurable process
  • Managing a sometimes complex, multi-platform solution sale with a 2 to 18-month purchasing cycle
  • Identifying, qualifying, managing, and closing sales on short timelines
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of consultative selling experience, preferably in medical insurance or telecommunications industries
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong network and industry connections in the US medical insurance and/or telecommunications industries
  • Experience in selling software, call center solutions, or related services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, MS Office, and third-party verification technologies
