Job Summary

As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Avera Brady Health and Rehab, you will be responsible for providing direct personal care and services to residents in our skilled nursing facility. This includes assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as monitoring residents' conditions and reporting any changes to our licensed nurses.

You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. Your compassion, empathy, and excellent communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our residents and their families, ensuring they feel valued and respected.
