Comprehensive Obstetric, Neonatal, and Gynecologic Care

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery team at Williamson Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, delivering emotional support and education alongside advanced medical care to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

About the Position

This PRN Registered Nurse position involves delivering exceptional obstetric, neonatal, and gynecologic nursing care in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise and compassion will help ensure the well-being of our patients, and your commitment to our core values will be essential in creating a supportive healthcare environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Administer medications, solutions, and treatments safely and accurately.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
  • Reassess patient conditions and modify care plans as needed.
  • Acknowledge charge responsibilities and assign staff accordingly.
Requirements
  • Licensed by the State of Tennessee.
  • Nursing diploma or degree from an accredited college or university.
  • BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
  • At least one year of perinatal experience preferred.
  • Certified Lactation Consultant, preferred.
  • NRP certification within six months of hire.
  • ACLS certification or agree to obtain within six months of hire.
  • Level I, Level II, and fetal monitoring certifications within one year of hire.

Estimated Salary: $ $85,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on experience.
