Key Responsibilities
  • Engage clients in the lobby to educate them on self-service resources.
  • Process cash transactions efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

  • A strong work ethic and intense focus on results.
  • Effective collaboration and strong relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to adapt to new information and technology platforms.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions.
  • Demonstrated sales experience and cash handling skills.
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish or Vietnamese are preferred.
