Relationship Development Specialist

- Process cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Build relationships with clients to understand their financial priorities and connect them to relevant solutions.
Requirements
- A strong work ethic and intense focus on results.
- Effective collaboration and strong relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to adapt to new information and technology platforms.
- Flexibility to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions.
- Demonstrated sales experience and cash handling skills.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish or Vietnamese are preferred.
