About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team in an outpatient setting. As a Clinical Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring
  • Document client interactions and treatment outcomes

Requirements:

  • Master's or doctoral degree in a related field (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT)
  • Fully licensed in Wisconsin
  • Child, adolescent, or adult experience

  • A competitive salary range of $82,000 - $109,000 annually, depending on experience
