A seasoned IT systems engineer is sought after by Insight Global to join their team in a hybrid environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecting, engineering, and documenting complex distributed IT systems environments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, securing, installing, troubleshooting, and documenting integrated server or network solutions. A minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT systems engineering role is required, with 3+ years of experience with a BMC Remedy ITSM platform.
Additionally, the candidate should have experience with mid- to enterprise-scale networks, architecting, designing, securing, installing, troubleshooting, and documenting integrated server or network solutions. A Secret clearance is also required.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of BMC Helix Cloud ITSM platform, ServiceNow instance, and enterprise server, storage, networking, software, and application services. Experience with cloud-based technology, Python or PowerShell scripting, and IAT Level II Certification is also a plus.
