Dynamic Office Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Alera Group Midwest. This dynamic role will provide exceptional administrative support to our office operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who can multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front desk duties, handling mail and shipping, providing administrative support, and assisting with event coordination. If you have prior experience as an office administrator or receptionist and possess strong communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:- Front Desk Management: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, answering calls, greeting guests, and handling inquiries.
- Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, maintaining a well-organized and functional workspace, including proactive identification of needs, ordering supplies, and coordinating with vendors.
- Mail and Shipping: Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, sorting, distributing, and processing shipments, couriers, and deliveries.
- Administrative Support: Provide assistance to various teams, scheduling meetings, maintaining shared calendars, and supporting travel arrangements.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing company events, team meetings, and client visits, ensuring clean-up at end of event or day.
- In-office attendance required: 5 days per week.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Professional and friendly communication, both in-person and over the phone.
- Proficiency in Office Software: Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to troubleshoot quickly.
