About the Role

We have contract opportunities for a Project/Program Manager to work with our clients on a project basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects.

Responsibilities
  • Drive end-to-end project management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Develop and manage project roadmaps: Establish clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring stakeholder alignment and risk mitigation.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, marketing, and business teams to ensure successful execution and delivery of projects.
  • Stakeholder communication: Provide regular status updates and reporting to stakeholders and leadership, highlighting key progress, risks, and decisions.
  • Data-driven decision making: Use data and insights to inform project planning, monitor performance, and implement improvements.
Requirements
  • 2-10+ years of project management experience - demonstrated proficiency in planning, organizing, and executing projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate well with others and be a team player.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar software.
