We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Hospice Care team at Central Vermont Home Health & Hospice Inc. As a member of our team, you will provide compassionate end-of-life care to patients and their families in the comfort of their own homes.

Requirements
  • Vermont Licensed RN with a passion for hospice and palliative care.
  • Prior hospice experience and/or case management background preferred, though comprehensive training and orientation will be provided.
  • Valid VT driver's license and reliable vehicle with automobile insurance is essential for home visits.
