Role Overview

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Automotive Parts Specialist who has a knowledge and passion for automotive repairs and projects.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $40,000 - $55,000 per year, based on previous experience. Winter schedule is Monday- Friday 8:30am-5pm, with a pay raise opportunity based on longevity, loyalty, and ability to build a solid rapport with customers.

Job Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders and recommend additional related repair items
  • Assist customers with identifying the parts they may need
  • Maintain records of time, expenses, and materials
  • Take added responsibility for stocking, inventory and maintenance
  • Collect payments by cash and credit card
  • Develop and maintain solid product knowledge to best help customers
  • Answer phones and assist customers with questions
  • Process incoming paperwork, make photocopies, and file paperwork
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Great customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Working knowledge of computer programs
  • Understanding of basic automotive components and systems
  • Previous parts advisor experience (2yrs preferred)
  • Ability to multi-task in fast-paced work environment
