Job Summary:

We are seeking new graduate nurses to join our Carle Nurse Residency Program (CNRP). This comprehensive program is designed to assist new nurses in transitioning from academia to practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care via the utilization of the nursing process, nursing trends, technology, financial and human resources.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Must be enrolled and prepared to graduate, or have previously graduated, from an accredited nursing program.
  • Must obtain an unencumbered Illinois State Registered Nurse license prior to beginning nursing orientation.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
