Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Dentist to provide comprehensive dental services to incarcerated individuals in the Buffalo NY area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oral surgery and be able to work independently in a controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Examine and diagnose patients, providing treatment consistent with professional standards.
  • Document patient encounters using the SOAP format and obtain consent prior to delivering care.
  • Submit patient treatment logs to the Corporate Office after each visit.
  • Communicate regularly with the Corrections Manager at the Corporate Office.

Requirements:

  • Active and unrestricted State Dental License.
  • Graduate from an accredited school of Dentistry (DDS/DMD).
  • Experience in surgical techniques and a strong clinical background.
  • Recent graduates with a Residency Program are encouraged to apply.
