Comprehensive Rehabilitation Therapist

We are seeking highly skilled Physical Therapists to join our comprehensive outpatient, orthopedic physical therapy company with 100 facilities throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and motivated individual who excels at assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses, devising creative and effective treatment plans, and maintaining patient confidentiality. They will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery and provide top-notch care in a supportive environment.
About Our Benefits:
JAG Physical Therapy offers an attractive compensation package, including a competitive salary of $96,000 - $123,000, a $7,500 sign-on bonus, up to $2,500 relocation bonus, quarterly bonuses, and excellent benefits such as health, dental, and vision coverage. What You'll Do:
Patient Care: Collects and records patient care data, maintains accurate and detailed records, and ensures compliance with regulatory agencies and third-party payers. Develops and implements effective treatment plans, providing therapeutic exercises, joint mobilization, and modalities as needed. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Education and Training: Provides educational sessions for patients and their families on therapeutic activities, ADLs/IADLs, rehabilitation equipment prescription, and community reintegration.
Treatment Planning: Establishes goals, prognosis, and plan of care based on evaluation results, patient needs, and best practices. Modifies treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Team Collaboration: Works closely with the support staff, including PTA, ATC, and PT aides, to ensure efficient care delivery and coordination of services.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctorate degree is preferred. Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice is mandatory. Completed CEU requirements, valid CPR licensure, and experience/knowledge with EMR software are also essential.
