The Office Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. As the first point of contact for clients, new hires, and visitors, this individual must maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage check-in activities for New Employee Orientation
  • Coordinate the receipt and inspection of equipment delivered to the site
  • Provide on-site engagement support
  • Print and display site communications
  • Support client visits and engagements
  • Set up and coordinate engagement activities
  • Manage visitor badges and on-site access
  • Oversee site supplies and inventory
  • Assist with training and operations, including escorting visitors and new hires to their designated locations
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Ability to support the mission and core values of IBEX Global Solutions
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred
  • Availability to work on-site at our Pittsburgh/Monroeville area office
  • Ability to work a standard Monday-Friday schedule from 8:30 am to 5 pm
