Your primary responsibility will be to travel to customers' homes to conduct on-site inspections, investigate coverage, prepare estimates, and settle claims promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough on-site inspections to assess damage and determine coverage
- Investigate claims to ensure accurate and fair settlements
- Prepare detailed estimates and reports to support claims decisions
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide clear and concise information about their claims
- Negotiate claims settlements with customers, vendors, and third-party carriers
- Utilize critical thinking skills to resolve complex claims issues
- 3+ years of experience in property claims adjusting
- Strong knowledge of property insurance policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
