Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in the ICU/PACU unit">
  • Supervise licensed practical nurses, ancillary staff, and students assigned to the unit">
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues">
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Possession of or eligibility for a license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State">
  • Minimum 2 years of acute care experience, preferably in ICU/PACU">
  • ACLS certification upon completion of orientation">
  • Ability to work part-time (0.8 FTE), days, minimal holidays, and weekends">

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
