Front Desk Ambassador

We are seeking a friendly and welcoming Host/Hostess to join our team at Denny's in Tulare, CA. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for creating a positive first impression for our guests, ensuring seamless service, and providing an exceptional dining experience.

• Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly, maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere.
• Manage guest waiting lists, adhere to seating rotation procedures, and ensure timely service.
• Offer beverage orders, take payments, and handle cash transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, using proper telephone etiquette and responding promptly to guest inquiries.
• Maintain a safe and organized environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
• Must pass all required tests and training requirements for the position.
• Possess strong teamwork and adaptability skills, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent service.
• Meet Denny's uniform and grooming standards, maintaining a professional appearance throughout the shift.
• Able to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

The estimated hourly salary range for this position is $16.00-$16.00, based on industry standards and location factors.
