We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team and provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment, building customer loyalty, and driving sales results.
Responsibilities
- Act as a product and brand expert, assisting customers with our product styles, features, and benefits.
- Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance on the sales floor.
- Maintain a genuine customer focus and model service standards.
- Lead and execute assigned business focus areas through planning and follow-through.
- Perform Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities, responding to customer concerns and resolving issues.
- Utilize customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive results.
- Build customer loyalty through company-sponsored programs.
- Offer consistent, in-the-moment feedback and recognize exceptional performance.
Requirements
- A positive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Proficient computer and technology skills.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Ability to lift 40 pounds, stand for extended periods, and climb a ladder.
