">About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for Cardiac Care to join our team at Prisma Health Heart Hospital. As a Cardiac Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in our 20-bed Heart Failure Accountable Care Unit (ACU).
">Key Responsibilities
">- ">
- Provide clinical direction for all aspects of patient care in an acute inpatient setting">
- Foster patient/family centered care and demonstrate respect for patients' cultural, spiritual, and belief systems">
- Develop individualized plans of care based on patients' assessed needs and validate priorities with the healthcare team">
- Delegate nursing tasks appropriately and ensure completion of assigned tasks">
- Maintain a safe environment and adhere to safety protocols and standards">
- Evaluate quality of care delivered and incorporate performance improvement recommendations into the plan of care">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you must have:

- An Associate degree in Nursing or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred">
- A minimum of one year of registered nurse experience or completion of the Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program">
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina">
- Required certifications, registrations, or licenses as specified by the organization">
