We are seeking a skilled Sales Associate to join our team at The Cotton Patch. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers as they enter the location and answer any questions or concerns they may have. Assist customers with locating products and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately and efficiently, balancing the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift. Accept and process returns and exchanges according to store policy.
  • Kitchen Operations: Prepare and make pizzas to meet customer demand.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong verbal communication abilities are essential.
  • The ability to operate equipment such as cash registers, calculators, and scanners is necessary.
  • Necessary mathematical skills for making change and processing refunds are also required.
  • Familiarity with company policies and procedures is essential.
Benefits and Compensation

After three months of service, eligible employees can receive benefits. The starting salary is $11 per hour, with opportunities for advancement based on experience.
