**Job Summary:**

The Seasonal Beauty Sales Associate will play a vital role in driving sales growth and contributing to the overall success of our store. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets, provide product knowledge, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Service: Provide exceptional customer service, engage with customers, and build strong relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our products, including skincare, body care, and fragrances, and effectively communicate this knowledge to customers.
  • Store Operations: Assist with visual merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

**Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of providing outstanding customer service.
  • Sales and Product Knowledge: Ability to learn and retain product information, as well as demonstrate a passion for sales and driving results.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Strong teamwork skills, ability to adapt to changing priorities, and a flexible attitude towards working varied shifts.
