Job Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver exceptional care to dedicated clients in their homes
  2. Help implement customized care plans that cater to the whole person's needs
  3. Treat clients like family, going above and beyond to enhance their quality of life
  4. Assist with personal care activities, including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, and light housekeeping
  5. Supply personal companionship and ongoing social & emotional support
  6. Provide transportation to and from appointments as needed
  7. Administrative functions, such as documenting task completion and reporting changes in client condition
