Job Summary

The Relationship Banker is a key member of our team at Technology Credit Union, responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and promoting our financial products and services. This role requires a strong sales and customer service orientation, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Member Service: Provide excellent service to members, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Product Sales: Promote and sell our financial products and services to members, including loans, deposits, and other financial solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with members, understanding their financial needs and goals.
  • Branch Operations: Assist with branch operations, including opening and closing the branch, handling cash and negotiables, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in a related field, such as sales, customer service, or financial services.
  • Skills: Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.

  • Competitive Salary: Salary range from $44,600 to $62,100, with bonus potential of 5%.
