About the Job

Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join their team for a 13-week travel assignment in a Short Term Acute Care Hospital setting.

Job Summary
  • Provide high-quality patient care as a Radiology Technologist in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Develop and implement effective patient education plans to promote health and wellness.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
  • Administer medications as ordered and document patient responses.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any abnormalities to the healthcare team.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans to meet unique needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Radiology Technologist.
  • Current licensure and certification in Radiology Technology.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
