Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate CT Technologist PRN to join our team at HCA Florida Brandon Hospital. As a CT Technologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Select and operate the appropriate technical factors for CT examinations, ensuring accurate and high-quality images.
  • Prepare and position patients for CT scans, maintaining a safe and respectful environment.
  • Assist in the administration of contrast media and other related procedures, adhering to established protocols.
  • Document all pertinent clinical information, obtain informed consent, and complete required fields within the electronic medical record system.
  • Remain proficient in executing software protocols and stay up-to-date with changes in the field through ongoing education and training.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, plus college/technical training in radiologic technology.
  • Valid ARRT (CT) certification and clear/active Florida Department of Health licensure (CRT).
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Minimum of 1 year current/recent experience as a CT Technologist, preferably in an acute-care hospital setting.
