We are seeking skilled and creative individuals to join our Baking team at Rocco's Doughnuts Company.

The estimated salary for this position is between $30,000 and $45,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

This role involves decorating doughnuts according to our current menu, preparing baked toppings, and working efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for executing catering & special orders, including giant doughnuts, mini doughnuts, small doughnuts, platters, and custom orders.

• Preparation of baked toppings: You will be responsible for preparing baked toppings for the day, ensuring they are ready to use in a timely manner.
• Decorating doughnuts: Our doughnuts are renowned for their high-quality decorations, and as a decorator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining this standard.
• Understanding store delivery schedule: You will need to understand the breakdown of doughnut quantities needed for each Rocco's location and ensure that doughnuts are ready to leave promptly at the set time.

You will also be required to operate manual and automatic machinery, prepare custom orders, and maintain the decoration pace and flow. It's all about efficiency here

• Professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipment: You should be comfortable using professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipment.
• Familiarity with food safety practices: Although we will teach you, prior knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
• Team player with strong leadership skills: We are looking for team players with strong leadership skills who can thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
