Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Licensed Nurse RN/LPN to join our clinical team, offering a dynamic and patient-centric environment where you can utilize your skills to provide holistic care to your community. As part of our team, you'll enjoy:

Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Performing phlebotomy and specimen collection services
- Administering vaccine injections
- Assessing patients during intake and taking vital signs
- Performing diagnostic tests such as EKG, Retinopathy screening, and Point of care testing
- Helping to maintain a clean and organized clinic environment
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A full, active, and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia
- Graduation from a school of Practical or Vocational Nursing or Registered Nursing approved by the State Agency and/or accredited by the National League for Nursing (Accrediting Commission)
- Experience with documentation of care, medication administration, infection control precautions, assessing patient educational needs, physical assessment, obtaining vital signs, performing point of care testing, and care coordination
This position offers a competitive salary range of $24.64-$53.53 per hour, depending on experience, education, and location. Additionally, qualified employees may be eligible for a bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program.
