Executive Chef

Phoenix Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled Cook to join their team. As an essential member of the culinary staff, you will be responsible for preparing and serving meals that meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $$$43,600 - $54,400 per year. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in food preparation, menu planning, and inventory management.

• Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve high-quality meals according to standardized recipes and production sheets; maintain accurate records of food production, temperature control, and inventory management.
• Sanitation and Safety: Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations regarding food handling, sanitation, and safety; operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Record Keeping and Resident Services: Maintain accurate records of resident diets, preferences, and allergies; review and update resident diet boards as necessary.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; culinary apprenticeship or training preferred.
• Experience: One (1) year job-related experience in food preparation, including full-line menu items and therapeutic diets.
• Certifications: Maintain a current SERV Safe certificate or ability to participate in the food services sanitation training program.
