Job Summary

The Horton Group, a Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC Company, is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager - Benefits Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our employee benefits services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis and Research: Conduct thorough market analysis and research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the employee benefits industry.
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our employee benefits services, including the creation of marketing materials, campaigns, and events.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored marketing solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the employee benefits industry.
  • Skills: Proven marketing skills, including market analysis, strategy development, and campaign execution. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Life and Health License required within 75 days of hire.
Working Conditions

This is a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment requiring tolerance for schedule change and disruption. Travel may be required to perform job duties.

Physical Requirements

The employee must be able to perform work on a computer for extended periods, sit/stand for extended periods, grasp objects using fine motor skills, communicate and speak in a clear, concise, and professional manner, and travel by air or ground transportation as required.
