Job Overview:

This role plays a critical part in Deaconess Hospital, Inc.'s mission to heal patients. As a Radiopharmaceutical Specialist, you will perform routine and specialized nuclear medicine procedures under the direction of a radiologist. Your responsibility will include preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic imaging and assisting the radiologist in ordering and administering radionuclide therapy procedures.

Required qualifications include a degree from an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program, ARRT certification as a CNMT or NMTCB certification, and state licensure to practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality control on radiopharmaceuticals, imaging equipment, and other necessary tools, ensuring adherence to NRC and State regulations.
