Primary Care Physician Wanted for Outpatient Practice in Texas

We are seeking a skilled Family Medicine or Internal Medicine-Peds physician to join our team at one of our two offices located in The Woodlands, Texas. As a primary care physician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families in the community.
Job SummaryThis is an outpatient only practice that offers a range of services including preventive medicine, treatment of chronic conditions, women's health, sports physicals, and immunizations. We are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment that allows our physicians to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
About the RoleWe are looking for a board-certified or board-eligible physician who is passionate about delivering quality care and has excellent communication skills. You will be working with a dedicated support staff, including medical assistants, a front desk, insurance coordinator, referral coordinator, and medical records specialist. Our daily patient volume averages 20 patients per day, and we see all ages. EMR: Athena
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this position is estimated to be around $250,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm, with occasional Saturdays. We understand the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance and strive to create a schedule that allows our physicians to prioritize their personal and family needs.
